Cancellation and returns

It is your right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. If the cancellation comes about because the goods are not suitable or do not fit then you will need to pay the cost of postage and the return postage. You are entitled to a refund or an exchange in those circumstances. If the goods are faulty or are not exactly as described then you have the right to request in writting a refund of the postage and return postage as well as a refund or an exchange of the goods.

Refunds and Returns

As already stated if the goods are faulty or different from those ordered, customers will be given the option of a full refund plus return postage costs. Refunds will be made within 30 days and reflect the method of payment. No refunds will be allowed when the goods are simply the wrong size or are not as expected, unless those goods are returned to us within 7 working days in the same condition as when they were sent. All goods must be checked for shortage and damage upon receipt and any shortage or damage must be indicated on the delivery note at the time of delivery. Any claim in respect of the above should be made by telephone to the JB's General Store Ltd within 7 days of the delivery (+44 01446 772340). Credit will not be given for goods returned without prior agreement from JB's Ltd, The company reserves the right to recover carriage and handling costs when unauthorised returns are made. Please return your receipt or a copy thereof when returning goods. No claims will be entertained unless the above conditions are strictly adhered to.
